The Bosch History
It was in 1886 when Robert Bosch established his precision and electrical engineering workshop in Stuttgart. This laid down the foundation for Bosch Home Appliances, which manufacturing principles strictly adhere to the concept of honest workmanship. For the founding father, products that don’t meet the highest standards are intolerable. It is for this reason that Bosch has a reputation for providing production with “uncompromising quality, technical perfection and absolute reliability”.
In 1933, Bosch presented its first electric refrigerator with a 60-litre capacity. It was small in dimension, but not in performance. To this day, Bosch’s small electric refrigerator still exists.
1952 saw the birth of "Neuzeit I", the first kitchen machine from Bosch that stirs, kneads, shreds, chops, grinds, grates and purées. It was a mix of the modern-day food processor and mixer.
In 1958, Bosch sets the stage for its first washing machine that has automatic written all over it. It automatically washes, spins and rinses. Doing the laundry will never be the same again.
With a commitment to help women work and do their housework without stretching themselves too thin, the company also manufactured a dishwasher; small home appliances, such as a vacuum cleaner, dryer hood and electric toothbrush; washing machine and tumble dryer in one; microwave oven; fully automatic coffee machine, and a range of products that combine a variety of functions.
Today, Bosch continues to develop home and kitchen appliances that are German-engineered, showcasing uncompromising quality, luxury and a commitment to convenience in taking care of your home and family.
The Bosch workmanship
With no tolerance for low-quality and substandard home appliances, every kitchen appliance and product from Bosch are designed and built with the highest of quality and standards. Combined with a dedication to provide convenience, creators also made sure that every item manufactured will help cut down time to perform and complete household chores.
Bosch covers a wide range of activities in the kitchen, from cleaning to cooking, and has the appropriate appliance and machine for each. The company has cooking & baking appliances, coffee makers, dishwashers, mixers, refrigerators, cooktops, ovens, company laundry machines, and ranges.
