Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur, FCI London cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have reviewed your order we will get in touch to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
FCI London and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, completely reliable, or error free.
From time to time there may be information on FCI London that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
FCI London is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact FCI London immediately, and we will fix or replace your product as soon as possible.
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible. Most items are produced in Italy and other parts of Europe and the lead time is 6-12 weeks. Please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to provide more accurate information.
We will deliver your order to the delivery address given at the time you place your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted dependent on the lead time of the product. You will be notified when the goods come into stock for goods that require ordering and on dispatch for stock items. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and full payment has been received.
Delivery dates acknowledged by FCI London are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning manufacturers lead times and transportation schedules. Estimated delivery dates will be considered as accepted by the buyer unless disagreement is notified to FCI London in writing within seven days of order placement. Special delivery conditions requested by the buyer should be given in writing at the time of order placement and will be considered by FCI London and if necessary conditions and charges may change accordingly. From delivery or placement into storage all risks for the goods pass to the buyer.
Returns, cancellation and unwanted items
We want you to be happy with your purchase and offer a 7 day return policy on stock items and ex-display items only. Personalised orders that are manufactured specifically for you (made to order products) cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. For stock or ex-display products, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, either by email at [email protected] or by telephone 020 8961 7780.
Please note there is a 35% cancellation fee for made to order goods that have been cancelled after they have gone into production.
The cost of returning unwanted goods is your responsibility. Goods must be returned by trackable delivery method and insured for their full retail value. If returning in person you must ensure that you receive confirmation of return.
For any goods which are large, awkward, valuable or fragile (as determined by FCI London) we reserve the right to nominate a specialist transporter to collect the goods for return to us, and to charge the cost of this transportation to the customer. You may also prefer that we collect any goods to be returned on your behalf for your convenience and security. Any costs charged to you for return will reflect the actual cost to ourselves including any administration costs and we will inform you of these prior to collection. The charge for collection will be made for each arranged collection date the customer accepts (if collection fails because you do not allow it or you are not available).
Condition of returned goods
All goods must be returned in the same condition as when delivered to you, complete with all original and undamaged packaging and instructions.
We reserve the right not to accept an item with any indication it has been used (if new) or damaged after delivery (if ex-display). You will have the option to request goods be returned back to you, in which case we will charge for redelivery.
Refund of returned goods
Postage or delivery costs on unwanted items will not be refunded. If delivery was offered ‘free’ or ‘included’ the actual costs of the delivery incurred by FCI London will be deducted from the refund amount. Where a delivery was charged at a rate below the actual cost of delivery we reserve the right to refund the total amount less the actual delivery costs.
We will reimburse you within 30 days of a return (usually as soon as goods are checked). If we have arranged pick up of the goods we will deduct the cost from the refund. You must provide proof of purchase (if you do not have this and we are able to track your order, we may at our discretion still refund you, but we may ask you for proof of your identity and address). If you paid by credit card we will only make a refund to the same card.
Non Acceptance / Refusal of transaction
We reserve the right not to accept your order or to cancel your order if any of the following apply:
- We have been unable to process your payment, or payment is later cancelled by a bank or merchant service provider.
- Payment has been made fraudulently or by illegal means.
- The goods are unavailable from our stock.
- The item/s are no longer available from the manufacturer.
- We have made an error in pricing or product description.
- We do not supply to your address.
- In the event that your payment has been received in part or full for an order which is subsequently cancelled you will be reimbursed in full by the same method (and where applicable to the same debit/ credit card used).
We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. FCI London uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers. During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.
- We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes.
- To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe you will be interested.
- To improve the content design and layout of the website.
- To understand the interest and buying behavior of our registered users.
- To perform other such general marketing and promotional focused on our products and activities.

Please read them carefully, FCI London controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to including the use of, this site and materials contained. If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiave and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
All content includes on the site such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software are all owned by FCI London and are protected by international copyright laws.
License and Site Access
FCI London grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license doses not include any resale of commercial use of this site or its contents, any collection and use of any products, any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions or prices, any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
This site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial exploited without written consent of FCI London. Please review our other policies posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to FCI London.
