That said, booking ensures a specialist designer is prepared for your arrival with your brief in mind - making the visit considerably more productive. For any project beyond a single purchase, we strongly recommend booking in advance.

Completely. There is no charge for your showroom visit, your design consultation or your 3D CGI room visualisation. You are under no obligation to purchase anything during or after your visit. We believe the right clients find the right pieces without pressure - and that approach has sustained us since 1985.
What price range should I expect? +
We carry a broad range across our 700+ brands - from accessible contemporary pieces to the finest bespoke European furniture available. Our designers establish your budget at the very start of the conversation and work entirely within it. There are no minimum spend requirements and no expectation to purchase more than you came for.
Can you help with an entire home project? +
Yes - and this is where FCI London is at its most powerful. Our interior design team handles projects from a single room refresh to complete home transformations, specifying every category from seating and storage through to lighting, wardrobes and kitchens. The 3D CGI service allows you to see every decision in your actual space before committing to any of it.
What is the 3D CGI service and is it really included? +
Yes - genuinely included at no charge. Following your consultation, our design team produces a photorealistic rendering of your room populated with your chosen pieces - your actual dimensions, your floor, your wall colour. It is delivered within 24 to 48 hours and allows you to approve every spatial and aesthetic decision before a single order is placed.
Do you offer bespoke or custom furniture? +
Many brands in our collection offer extensive customisation in fabrics, leathers, finishes and dimensions. We also offer fully bespoke fitted wardrobes and kitchen cabinetry, designed and installed by FCI's own team. If you have something specific in mind that you have not been able to find elsewhere, bring the brief to your consultation.
How do I get to the showroom? +
The showroom is at Rays House, North Circular Road, NW10 7XP. Free on-site parking is available every day. By tube, Stonebridge Park (Bakerloo Line and London Overground) is a five-minute walk. From Central London by car, journey time is typically 20 to 25 minutes outside peak hours.
Do you deliver across the UK and internationally? +
Yes - we deliver nationwide and offer international shipping. Our in-house logistics and installation team handles everything including white-glove delivery and full room installation. Nothing is subcontracted. Every piece arrives and is placed exactly as specified.
