Do I need to book an appointment? +
Walk-ins are always welcome. However, we strongly recommend booking a consultation in advance so a dedicated designer can guide you through the showroom. Appointments ensure the right specialist is available for your project.
What price range should I expect? +
We carry a broad range across our 700+ brands. Our consultants establish your budget at the start of your visit and work exclusively within it. There are no minimum spend requirements.
Do you offer bespoke or custom furniture? +
Yes. Many brands offer extensive customisation in fabrics, leathers, finishes and dimensions. We also offer FCI-exclusive bespoke fitted wardrobes and kitchen cabinetry, designed and installed by our own team.
Can you help with a full interior design project? +
Absolutely. Our team handles projects from single-room refreshes to complete home transformations, including complimentary 3D CGI visuals so you can see every piece in your actual space before committing.
Do you deliver across the UK? +
Yes - we deliver nationwide and offer international shipping. Our in-house logistics and installation team handles everything including white-glove delivery and full installation. Nothing is subcontracted.
Do you offer a trade or designer account? +
Yes. We have an established trade programme with dedicated account management, preferential pricing, and priority project support for interior designers, architects and commercial specifiers.
What's the lead time on ordered pieces? +
Lead times vary by brand and specification - typically 6-16 weeks for bespoke orders. We also maintain an ex-display collection available for immediate or rapid despatch.
Is the consultation really free? +
Yes - completely. There is no charge for your showroom visit, design consultation, or 3D visualisation. You are under no obligation to purchase anything during or after your visit.
