Walk-ins are always welcome - but booking means the right person is waiting for you. The visit is entirely free. There is no obligation to purchase anything.
Do I need to book an appointment? +
Walk-ins are always welcome and you are free to browse the showroom without booking. That said, booking a consultation means a dedicated specialist will be ready for your arrival with relevant pieces already identified. For anything beyond a general browse, we strongly recommend booking in advance.
How long should I allow for a visit? +
A focused consultation with a clear brief typically takes 1.5 to 2 hours. If you are furnishing multiple rooms or want to browse the full showroom at your own pace, allow half a day. There is never any pressure to hurry, and you are welcome to return as many times as you like.
Is parking really free? +
Yes - completely free, on-site, with no time limit. There is ample space in our dedicated car park directly adjacent to the showroom. This applies every day of the week, including weekends.
What should I bring to make the most of my visit? +
If you have them, floor plans or dimensions of the room you are furnishing are extremely helpful, as are any inspiration images or fabric or finish samples. That said, many clients come with nothing more than a brief description of what they are looking for - and our specialists are very good at translating that into a shortlist.
How do I get there by public transport? +
The nearest tube and Overground station is Stonebridge Park, a five-minute walk away. From Central London, Stonebridge Park is on the Bakerloo Line and the London Overground. Bus routes 224 and 440 also stop directly outside the showroom.
Is the consultation and 3D service free? +
Entirely. There is no charge for your visit, your consultation or the 3D CGI visualisation service. You are under no obligation to purchase anything at any point during or after your visit.
What is the ex-display clearance floor? +
As new arrivals come in from our European partners, showroom pieces are released at up to 70% off their original price. All items are in pristine condition. Stock changes daily and cannot be reserved in advance - it is strictly first come, first served. Most clients who visit for the main collection also take time to browse the clearance floor on the same visit.
Can I visit if I just want to browse? +
Absolutely. You are welcome to visit simply to see the showroom, explore the collection and get a feel for what is available - with no expectation of purchasing on the day. Many of our best clients visited several times before making their first purchase. We are here whenever you are ready.
