Telephone, online or simply walk in. For anything beyond a browse, we recommend booking a private consultation in advance. Tell us about your space, your brief and your budget. Your specialist will have relevant pieces identified before you arrive - so the visit feels considered, not overwhelming. The consultation is entirely free and without obligation.

Free 3D Visualisation

Before you commit to anything, we will render your chosen piece in your actual room - your dimensions, your floor, your walls. Our complimentary 3D CGI service removes all guesswork from the decision. You will see precisely how the piece looks, how it relates to what surrounds it, and whether it is right. Most clients find this the moment they are certain.

Order and Relax

Once you are satisfied, your specialist handles everything. Lead times, fabric or finish confirmation, delivery scheduling - all managed from one point of contact. Our in-house white-glove logistics team then delivers, positions and installs your piece with the same care we brought to helping you choose it. Nothing is subcontracted. Nothing is left to chance.

Why is FCI different from other multi-brand showrooms? +

Heritage - forty years of curating the finest European furniture means our edit is not a reaction to trends but the result of decades of experience. And process - from free 3D visualisation to in-house white-glove delivery, the experience of buying from FCI is designed to remove every point of friction.

How does the 3D visualisation service work? +

Once you have identified pieces you are interested in, our team will render them in your actual room - using your room dimensions, your existing floor and wall colours, and the exact finish and fabric of the piece you have chosen. The result is a photorealistic image of what your room will look like. The service is entirely complimentary and is available to all clients, regardless of the scale of their project.

Do I need to book an appointment? +

Walk-ins are always welcome. For anything beyond a general browse, we strongly recommend booking a consultation in advance. A dedicated specialist will then be prepared for your arrival with relevant pieces identified based on your brief - which makes the experience considerably more productive and enjoyable.

Is the consultation and 3D service really free? +

Entirely. There is no charge for your visit, your consultation or the 3D visualisation. You are under no obligation to purchase anything at any point. This is not a promotional offer - it is simply how FCI London has always operated, and how we believe this kind of purchase should be approached.

What is the ex-display clearance floor? +

As new arrivals come in from our European partners, showroom pieces are released at up to 70% off their original price. All items are in pristine showroom condition. Stock changes regularly and cannot be reserved in advance - it operates strictly on a first come, first served basis. Most clients who visit to see the main collection also take time to browse the clearance floor on the same visit.

Can you help furnish more than one room? +

Absolutely - and this is where the breadth of 700 brands truly distinguishes FCI. Being able to specify across that range means every room in your home can be furnished with genuine optionality and coherence. Our interior design team handles projects of every scale, from a single statement piece to a complete home transformation.

How does delivery and installation work? +

Our in-house white-glove logistics team manages the entire process - nationwide and internationally where required. Nothing is subcontracted. We handle delivery, positioning, assembly where required, and removal of all packaging. Delivery charges are quoted at the showroom based on your location and the nature of the pieces.

Do you offer bespoke or custom pieces? +

Many of our brands offer extensive customisation in fabrics, leathers, finishes and dimensions. We also offer FCI-exclusive bespoke fitted wardrobes and kitchen cabinetry, designed and installed by our own in-house team. Customisation options are discussed in full during your showroom consultation.
