With over 700 brands under one roof, the chances are rather good. If we do not carry the specific brand you have in mind, we will almost certainly carry something comparable or superior from a house you may not yet have encountered. Our team are extraordinarily well-versed across all categories.
Is the design consultation really free? +
Entirely. There is no charge for your visit, your consultation or the 3D visualisation service. You are under no obligation to purchase anything at any point. We simply ask that you give us the opportunity to show you what is possible.
Can you help me furnish more than one room? +
Absolutely - and this is where FCI truly distinguishes itself. Being able to specify across 700 brands means your rooms can be cohesive without being uniform. Our interior design team handles projects of every scale, from a single statement piece to a complete home.
Do you offer bespoke or custom pieces? +
Many of our brands offer extensive customisation in fabrics, leathers, finishes and dimensions. We also offer FCI-exclusive bespoke fitted wardrobes and cabinetry, designed and installed by our own team.
How do I know your team will give impartial advice? +
Our specialists carry no commercial allegiance to any individual brand. They are incentivised only to find you the right piece - not the most expensive one, not the one with the highest margin. This is a point of principle at FCI, and it is what keeps our clients returning for decades.
Do you deliver and install? +
Yes - nationwide, and internationally where required. Our in-house white-glove logistics team manages delivery, positioning and removal of all packaging. Nothing is subcontracted.
Do you have a trade or designer programme? +
We do - and it is well regarded within the industry. Our trade programme offers dedicated account management, preferential pricing and priority project support for interior designers, architects and commercial specifiers.
What are the lead times for ordered pieces? +
Lead times vary by brand and specification - typically six to sixteen weeks for bespoke or custom orders. We also maintain an ex-display collection of showroom pieces available for immediate collection or rapid delivery.
