Despite being classified into many different collections, every Ethimo product has a strong identity of its own which allows these products to blend well together. So without compromising on their own characteristic essence, the Ethimo lounge elements, dining sets and lightings all come together wonderfully in any open-air setting.
Ethimo outdoor armchairs and chairs are some of the most versatile products as they come in a host of sizes and finishes. Pickled or natural teak, mahogany, natural fibre, and coloured metals of the highest quality are all used to create the perfect combinations for Ethimo seating. The Grand Life Bergere Outdoor Armchair is a fine example here as this French-style upholstered armchair makes good use of the warmth and elegance of both teak and the refined interweaving of rope.
Another popular product from the seating collection is the Rafael Daybed as it comes with a built-in coffee table, making it a space-saving product that’s perfect for smaller outdoor areas. There are many other products in the Rafael collection including the Rafael armchair and coffee tables, all in colours and shades that are inspired by the sea. This collection features an interesting combination of teak, marble and lava stone - combined to create furniture with an unusual appearance and strong character. According to the designer, Paola Navone, ‘Rafael is sturdy, comfortable and friendly. Its destructured shape is almost tribal. The slats that form the backrest are all different and held together by big metal staples. This woody, organic shell forms a soft nest of cushions. We have dedicated Rafael to a very special home.
While Rafael is more of a contemporary collection, there are also plenty of classic and vintage options to choose from with Ethimo. The Cube collection for instance makes use of Etwick fiber to create the natural look of Wicker but with many additional qualities such as being easy to clean, light-weight, weather-resistant and recyclable. The collection includes coffee tables, daybeds, sofas, armchairs and poufs, all handwoven for the perfect cubical geometry.
Ethimo also offers a number of garden tables in a variety of materials, finishes and shapes including extendable or folding ones. These tables can also be paired with folding chairs as convenient choices for smaller outdoor areas or to be used as backup furniture for any unexpected guests.
