Our furniture is made in Europe and when you move large, bulky items across continents you can expect to have damages from time to time. We’ve been doing this for nearly 30 years and have intricate systems set up to deal with damages and customer service issues.

We also have excellent, personal relationships with all the brands we deal with so when problems arise we can put solutions into place very quickly.

Most importantly, we have a world class in-house installation & delivery team, ready to solve any unexpected problems that may occur on site. 99% of furniture retailers sub contract their deliveries and installation work out. We don’t.

Most of our team have worked at fci for over 10 years, and understand how to handle and install our quality furniture.
