Having carefully selected a full set of Westminster Garden Furniture from FCI for £3500, I was disappointed to find a small fault with my new table when it arrived.
I called FCI and they could have not been more helpful co-ordinating an exchange 2 days later, dismantling my current table and making the new one, with full back up from their customer services team.
I am now in the process of buying a dining table and chairs.
