Can you send me a catalogue or brochure?

As the range of items we stock is so vast, it is not possible to have a catalogue containing all the items and ranges we sell. However, you can download a PDF file containing a general brochure about FCI from this website (Click here to download pdf brochure*). In addition, for certain items it may be possible to download a brochure in the form of a PDF file with further information about a particular product. This will be indicated next to each item if it is available. However if you have any questions about any item why not give us a call or drop us an e-mail and we'll respond to you quickly.

I want to buy a product online but am nervous about internet security?

We assure you we will keep your details safe and secure and use fully encrypted SSL technology to deal with credit/debit card transactions. However if you are still worried we can accept payment by cheque or contact you to arrange payment over the telephone. All you need to do is place items in your shopping basket as normal and when prompted at the check out stage, select method of payment "Cheque", and submit your order and send us a cheque for the amount due payable to FCI Ltd - Webshop, and your order will be processed once the funds have cleared. Please write your name, address and order reference number on the reverse of the cheque. If you select "Please contact me" as the method of payment at the check out stage of your transaction then we'll call you to obtain payment details over the phone. We will process your order once payment is cleared.
